GUNNA- Tuesday tabata workout February 2018

Gunna is the first Tuesday tabata workout by SvalaCore for February 2018! Tabatas are high intensity interval training workouts with short intervals (20 seconds) of work, with 10 seconds of rest. We've designed this workout to have 4 sets, each with 4 intervals of the same exercise.


Warmup:
:30 jump rope
:30 side lunges:

Workout:
4 sets of :20 on, :10 rest x4
1st set: jump squats
2nd set: mountain climbers
3rd set: touch downs
4th set: push ups

Stretch:
Lizard quad stretch
