HEKLA- Wednesday pyramid workout
Hekla is an intense, whole-body pyramid workout will keep you moving, challenge your balance, and get you working hard. The frog stretch at the end will stretch out your adductor muscles (groin muscles) and feel pretty intense. It's a pretty great stretch! But ease into it... enjoy everyone! This is our 10th workout of February, and you have one more round of these 10 to go to finish out February. Here's the workout:
