Okay... enough of that. Onto today's Tuesday Tabata workout! Tabatas are high intensity interval training workouts designed to get you working hard for 20 seconds at a time, with short rest. SvalaCore's tabata workouts consist of four sets, each with a different exercise. Every set is four rounds of 20 seconds of high intensity work, and 10 seconds of rest. Here's the workout:
Warmup:
:30/side bird-dogs
:30 squat twists
Workout: Tabatas!
Set 1: Sumo squats
Set 2: Dolphin push ups
Set 3: Split squat jumps
Set 4: Burpees
Stretch:
