Here's the workout...

Freyja is the second Monday workout in the February 2018 SvalaCore program. Freyja's workout is pretty straight forward. Go through the warmup, then start the workout, and keep moving through the exercises, taking up to :15 break between them. Go through it once, or twice for a longer workout!

Warmup:
:30 jumping jacks with front raise
:30 screamers (:30 to each side)

Workout:
:90 lunge to high step then kick through (:45/leg)
:75 burpees
:60 bird dogs (:30/side)
:45 dolphin push ups
:30 push ups
:15 Russian twists

Stretch:
Supine twist (:30-:45/side)
