HEMMI- workout for Friday, February 2
Happy February everyone!
Hemmi is a 10 minute workout that combines core and cardio exercises. Below is the workout description:
No warmup this time, the beginning of the workout is the warmup. The format is half and half cardio and core, :45 each, take up to :15 rest, or just enough time to switch up the exercises! Your choice. Repeat the circuit 3x with:30 rest between rounds.
:45 toe taps
:45 Spiderman planks
:45 Side shuffle touch downs
:45 Opposite elbow situps
Stretch: seated straddle fold, :30-:45 per leg
