30sec alternating lateral lunge
Workout:
Do each set three times, 10-15sec between exercises, 30sec between sets.
Set 1:
12 push ups
12 sumo squats
Set 2:
20 plank shoulder taps (10/side)
20 split squats (10/side)
Set 3:
12 bridge pulses
15 straight leg sit ups
Stretch:
Quad stretch with or without strap
