KATRIN workout for Tuesday, January 9th!
The 9th workout for the month of January is here! Katrin is all about the legs and core... hard work for sure, but it's over in 10 minutes!
Warmup:
10 jumping jacks
30sec jump rope
10 inchworms
Workout:
2 times through, 15 seconds rest between each exercise
1 minute air squats
1 minute alternating reverse lunges
1 minute side lunges
30 second plank
30 second plank
REPEAT!
Stretch:
Supine hamstring stretch with strap
