Hey everyone! We are hard at work getting ready to put the finishing touches on the February box, and can’t wait to request some feedback from all of you. In the meantime, here’s your workout for Monday, February 8. EVA!!!

 

Warmup:

10/each side: V-sit opp arm/leg (app. 45 seconds)


Workout: Pyramid!

45sec on, 15 seconds rest

 

•       Russian twists

•       Mountain climbers

•       Reverse lunges

•       Burpees with a push up (stand to push up)

•       Reverse lunges

•       Mountain climbers

•       Russian twists


Stretch:

30sec: chest stretch with strap

30sec/leg: supine hamstring stretch with strap
