SÓLEY workout for Sunday, January 7

The Sóley workout video is here! This workout is a payoff workout, where the exercises get shorter as you go along. This workout takes about 10 minutes, and should be pretty intense! Let it feel hard- remember, it's only 10 minutes!

 

Warmup:

15sec: high knees

15sec: heel taps

Alternate between for 2 minutes


Workout: payoff workout (longest exercises first)


90 seconds jump rope

75 seconds cross body punch

60 seconds inchworms with pushup

60 seconds touch downs

45 seconds mountain climbers

30 seconds lunge jumps right

30 seconds lunge jumps left

15 seconds burpees


Stretch:

Single leg hamstring stretch with strap (45 seconds per leg)
