THOR workout for Saturday, January 6

The THOR workout by SvalaCore is here! This workout can be done entirely with your bodyweight, and incorporates cardio, core work, upper and lower body strength. The workout and the video are below. Enjoy, and have a fantastic weekend!

Warmup:

45sec: wide to narrow squats

45sec: alternating down dog to plank

Workout:

Two times through the set. 45 seconds on, 10-15 sec rest.

1.     Alternating reverse lunges to squat

  1. Plank alternating shoulder touches
  2. Alternating low lunge to plank
  3. Slow burpees (Stand and reach, step back to pushup, repeat)

REST 30 seconds, repeat.

Stretch:

Single leg stretch with strap (30-45 seconds each side)
