Here’s the workout:

 

Warmup:

30 second jog

 

Workout:
Repeat set 2 times with 30sec rest between sets

30sec mountain climbers

10 slow pushups (knees or toes)

15 straight leg situps

10 elbow to knee (5 each side)

10 bent or straight leg raises (10 each side)


Stretch:

Straddle fold
