BRYNJA workout for Thursday, January 4
The workout for Thursday, Jan 4 is here! Brynja is a pyramid workout that combines cardio, lower body, upper body, and core exercises. Here's the workout and the video is below:
Warmup:
15sec: Air squats/ jump squats
15sec: Jump rope
Alternate between for 4 sets (2 minutes)
Workout: pyramid
Work through the pyramid with either no rest, or up to 15 seconds rest between exercises
10 push ups
20 table leg raises per leg
30 forward lunges-15/leg
40 bicycles- 20/side
50 jumping jacks- 50 seconds or total
40 bicycles- 20/side
30 forward lunges- 15/leg
20 table leg raises per leg
10 push ups
Stretch:
Half pigeon
