Workout:
Tabatas! 4 sets of exercises. Each set is its own exercise, :20 on, :10 rest, repeat each exercise within the set 4 times. Rest :30 between sets.
Set 1: Split squat jumps
Set 2: Tricep pushups (on knees or toes)
Set 3: Lunge jumps on right
Set 4: Lunge jumps on left
Stretch:
Half split, :30 per side
