January 2018- TINNA workout!

The Tinna workout is a full body, 10 minute workout. We have demonstrated multiple options for most of the exercises, and you can choose the one that feels best on your joints and difficulty level. The video is below!

Warmup:

3 x 30 seconds jumping jacks

Workout:

2 sets, 3 minutes each.

Set 1:

(30 sec/exercise, repeat set 3 times)

Bicycles

Alternating side plank

30 second rest

Set 2:

(30 sec/exercise, repeat set 3 times)

High to low plank

Sumo squat and punch

Stretch:

Straddle fold with strap
