The Lara workout has a stretching and core warmup. The workout itself is tabatas! Tabatas are short, high intensity interval training burst. In this workout, you will do four sets of tabatas. In the first set, you will do squat kicks for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds, and repeat 4 times. Rest for 30 seconds. Then you will repeat the same format with mountain climbers, then rest 30 seconds. Then repeat with frog burpees, then finally with squat jumps. Enjoy!
