WARMUP:
1 minute tap tap squat
WORKOUT:
6-8 rounds EMOM (every minute on the minute; you have one minute to do the prescribed workout, then rest until the start of the next minute. Do 10 reps of each exercise for lower intensity, 12 for higher)
10-12 jumping jack to plank
10-12 wide push ups
10-12 boat sit ups
STRETCH:
