Gunna is the first Tuesday tabata workout by SvalaCore for February 2018! Tabatas are high intensity interval training workouts with short intervals (20 seconds) of work, with 10 seconds of rest. We've designed this workout to have 4 sets, each with 4 intervals of the same exercise.
WARMUP:

:30 side lunges
WORKOUT:
4 sets of :20 on, :10 rest x4
1. jump squats
2. mountain climbers
3. touch downs
4. push ups
