WORKOUT:
Do Core 1-4, then repeat with :15 rest between each core exercise
Core 1:
:45 forearm plank
Core 2:
:45 down dog to high plank
Core 3:
:45 situp with punches
Core 4:
:45 pulsing bridges
STRETCH:
:30/side supine twist
