WARMUP:

4x through:
:15 Air squats/ jump squats
:15 Jump rope

WORKOUT:

:15 rest between each exercise

10 pushups
  20 table leg raises per leg
    30 forward lunges [15/leg]
      40 bicycles [20/side]
        50 jumping jacks
      40 bicycles [20/side]
    30 forward lunges [15/leg]
  20 table leg raises per leg
10 pushups

STRETCH:

:30/side - Half pigeon
