WARMUP:

No official warmup!

WORKOUT:

Every exercise :45 on, :15 rest in between. Repeat set 2x.

1. Chair tricep pushups (these can be done on a tabletop, stairs, or any other flat hard surface that won't tip!)
2. Swivel squat (hands up by your ears, elbows out, squat straight down, then twist to one side as you stand.)
3. Plank shuffle (modification is on your knees)
4. Plié squats (Squat low, then as you stand straight come up onto your tippy toes)
